Oura Health Bridge

Oura Health Bridge is a private, single-user software project for accessing the owner's own Oura health data through the Oura API.

The integration is intended for personal use and local experimentation. It is not offered as a public service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Authorization is performed through Oura's OAuth service. After authorization, OAuth returns to a callback service running locally on the user's computer.

The laquifa.com website does not receive, process, or store Oura health data, OAuth authorization codes, access tokens, or refresh tokens.
